Make it a cultural evening and attend a performance at the Hong Kong Cultural Center in Tsim Sha Tsui. The center has a line-up of fantastic performance (Cats, Joseph, the Bolshoi Ballet have been here). You can visit the center or call the Urbtix office for performance schedules. The center also offers free lunch recitals.
A wonderful prelude to any performance is a stroll along the waterfront. Admire the unfettered view of the Hong Kong harbor, the flying-saucer-like Convention Center, the ceremonial site of the 1997 Hand Over, IM Pei's Bank of China Tower, and Norman Foster's Hong Kong Bank Building. After this treat, cross the street to the Cultural Center, and let the evening begin.
